The Institute for Strategic Leadership focuses on Executive Development and Organisational Transformation in Australasia, South East Asia, and Europe. The Institute's staff and associates combine a wide diversity of private and public sector experience from within Australasia and abroad as well as academic credentials enabling them to provide clients with flexible, tailored executive development solutions underpinned by credibility and reputation.

The Institute was foundered by Dr Geoff Lorigan in 1999. Over the last decade, over 1,500 top leaders have attended its Strategic Leadershp Programme at Millbrook (www.millbrook.co.nz); Leadership Programme for High Potentials at Nugget Point (www.nuggetpoint.co.nz); ISL |MBA; and various MasterClasses.
