Over het boek
These pages, through photographs and captions, chronicle in part the sense of personal space and quiet one can sense while walking in full one of the most famous pilgrimages in the world — the Camino Frances from St Jean Pied de Port in France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, and then onward to the Atlantic Ocean. Tens of thousands of people do walk this path each year for a variety of motives, however, the author found ample opportunities to pause and capture the type of visual settings that lend themselves to inner reflections on varied topics.
