is a small coffee table book with travel impressions and behind the photographs comments by Award Winning Travel Photographer Felix Hug (1st Prize winner at the Travel Photographer of The Year Awards 2008, Image of the Year Awards 2008 (AMERICAN PHOTO) & The New York Photography Award Winner for Best Editorial Image of The Year 2009)

The book will be available to browse through between and after meals at Spruce Restaurant in Singapore .

"The art of presenting exceptional cuisine in the most inspired of settings was, and is, the driving force behind the creation of Spruce.

A great restaurant is equal to the sum of its parts. All of the details matter: from making
sure the flowers are just right to cooking the perfect steak.

When I first met Felix, I was struck by his energy and enthusiasm. In photography, as in food, the end product is a reflection of its creator, and his pictures are not only visually engaging but they also initiate a sense of contextuality to our lives.
