Over

After years in the city, Dan Pedersen and his artist-wife Sue now live in the forest of Whidbey Island where Dan studies and photographs wildlife, writes a weekly blog, grows vegetables and explores the world daily with his canine partner, Duncan. A lifelong journalist, Dan finds his best stories today in the quirky joys of rural living and small-town people. He is the author of the island best-seller Whidbey Island's Special Places (2009), and co-author of Getting to the Water's Edge on Whidbey and Camano Islands, published by Washington State University Extension - Island County in 2006, and two books published by Blurb in 2015 and available from the Blurb Bookstore -- My Whidbey and Trails Through Time.
