Pratistha Karki (Prajña Tara) was born in Kathmandu in 1979 and moved to London in 2002. She is a Buddhist Dharma Teacher and the Head of a Buddhist centre Byoma Kusuma, based in London. She has published two children books titled ‘Bodhimala: Garland of Wisdom Tales for Children’ written in English and ‘Bodhichari,’ a series of short stories written in Nepali. Her writings are a work of spontaneity and intuition informed by her experiences as a Buddhist, as well as training in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and other forms of mind and body therapies.
