Tokiko Koishiwara is a skilled painter at the top art university in Tokyo. She's won dozens of competitions despite having a disadvantage against her classmates.

This competition was supposed to be no different. She was going to win the full-tuition scholarship and internship abroad.

So why does Shizo Hanada, a new sculptor at her museum job, and now fellow competitor, make her nervous?
