Enroute to resupply Argentine sites and carrying paying passengers from Ushuaia to various Antarctic sites, the Bahia Paraiso had just paid a social visit to the American Research Station. This is a collection of pictures to include the author's written notes of the events of that day in January of 1989 when it ran aground one mile away from Palmer Station.
