Life in a Morning is a documentary photography project that was exhibited in three galleries across Canada. It explores the differences and similarities in the morning routines of girls and women from 0 to 102 years old. The exhibition catalogue offers a glimpse into the evolution of a lifetime in a single morning—what changes over time, what remains, and how every stage of life carries traces of the one before.
