Over de maker
A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Judith Anne Gover Waddell, is a retired nurse practitioner with 40 plus years of healthcare experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville. Beyond her professional career, Judy is an avid longarm quilter, a lifelong family genealogist and collector of family photos and artifacts, and a dedicated journaler. She has a passionate interest in the history of old Burnside and its inhabitants. She is the author of On the Banks of the Cumberland River, a work chronicling the descendants of John Kreen Gover and Pauline Early Smith Gover, who also lived near Burnside. She shares her life with her husband Greg and her extensive family which includes four children, eleven grandchildren, and three great-granddaughters.
