After receiving a doll named Anabel from her aunt, 13-year-old Ophelia (or Lia to those who are close) soon realizes that Anabel is no ordinary doll. Possessed by pure evil, Anabel forces Ophelia to commit unspeakable acts. Meanwhile Leo, her twin brother, seems somehow interlocked with Anabel.
