The premise of this book is that the government has outlawed all open meetings of true Christians. All of the churches that faithfully proclaim Christ have been closed and the congregations dispersed. You are not a trained bible teacher and you do not have a bookshelf full of Bible study books to draw upon, how then would you go about studying the Bible?
