It is my goal to tell the world what an extraordinary cook Walt is! To share with everyone his unique methods of cooking! Walt does not want you to just read his book - he wants you to live it! Creating Walt-Mex food is so easy with his delicious step by step recipes. But his Oriental recipes are just as tasty! His love of casseroles stemmed from eating cold sandwiches for lunch as a child (like most of us did!) His cowboy cookin' is just as good especially when using Dutch ovens or over an open fire. Walt has lived the cowboy life. He's been on the trail and prepared everything from beans to steak's! Chapters include: Mexican Stuff, Frijoles, Chinese Food, Main Dish, Potatoes/Vegies

Walt is a military veteran, worked on the railroad, a professional musician, college instructor, heavy equipment operator, guide and outfitter, ranch hand, and wrangler. He enjoys hunting, fishing, guiding, eating, cooking, reading, music and teaching others. He is an active member of his church which allows him to share his lifetime of knowledge with others.
