I was born and raised in Pittsburg, Kansas. That is where I fell in love with poetry and my husband Matt. I have poems in books published by The International Library of Poetry, Nobel House, and have appeared in 'The International Who's Who in Poetry.' "This Voyage" is a collection of my favorite self-written poetry . My Favorite poets include Edgar Allen Poe, Alexandar Pope, and Emily Bronte. My favorite books include "Gone with the Wind", "Comeback", and "Wuthering Heights." I love everything about writing and reading, and am a firm believer in the power of the written word.
