Marshall has been doing Tai Chi and several forms of QiGong since the late 1990s. Exercise and diet have been the keys to Marshall’s ability to lose and keep off 40 pounds, to keep his cholesterol in check without drugs, to improve his balance, and to maintain flexibility.

A certified instructor of both Therapeutic QiGong (levels 1 and 2) and Tai Chi, Marshall is also a certified Tui Na Wellness therapist with advanced training in neck and back therapy, and a certified Reiki Practitioner (Advanced).

Marshall is a member of the Qigong Institute and the Tai Chi & QiGong Healing Institute.
