Rachael Perron is an award-winning chef, author, artist, cooking instructor, culinary consultant and the owner and founder of Details Private Chef Services, LLC, and Details Culinary Consulting. Her professional education includes work at a restaurant and B&B outside Florence, Italy, where she honed her specialty for updated regional home-kitchen classics that are fresh, elegant, flavorful and simple to prepare. In addition to instructing students privately, she teaches for Minnesota’s own Nordic Ware and is a regular Guest Chef at The Chef’s Gallery in Stillwater, MN. Rachael is also the author of the popular foodie blog, “the Refrigerator Diaries”. Rachael lives in White Bear Lake with her husband, Jerry, and their two school-age children.
