Over het Ebook
Inexpensive dime store toys have always fascinated children of all ages. Was it the toy inside the package or was it the colorful imaginative packaging art that really pulled them in? Take a look at the wonderful pop culture cartoon artwork that appeared on inexpensive dime store toys of the 1950's and 1960's. The author has digitally captured over 700 hundred of the miniature masterpieces of art. Think back to a more innocent time when your parents took you to the local dime store, now a thing of the past. Relive the experience of standing in front of the giant peg board walls trying to decide what toy would be your next purchase. Open this book and look at all the colorful images and hear yourself say " Wow I remember that when I was a kid". Remember we are all still kids at heart !
