Over het boek
NOTE: I have customized the viewing of this book to include a few pages from each day of our trip.
My best friend and I take a "girls only" trip each year for two weeks to a national park. Since we both are amateur photographers and avid hikers, this affords us the time we need to do both and to catch up from our previous trip. This book is mostly Yosemite National Park, with two side trips. The first side trip to Filoli Estate located in Woodside, California and the second side trip was trying our hand at night photography with the San Francisco Skyline as our focus. The book is the work of both of us during this two-week trip.

Since 1997, I have held the status of amateur photographer. My love of the photographic world started with an old Kodak Brownie box camera in the early 1960's. I learned to SCUBA dive along the central coast of California in 1996. I purchased my first underwater camera within six months and by 1997 I had upgraded my "point and shoot" to a professional underwater camera. Between 1999 and 2004 I won 8 different awards in various categories as a Novice and Amateur Photographer before moving on to landscape photography that same year. My focus now is strickly on the outdoors and the wonders that God has provided.
