I earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology from NAU in 2001 and a Master of Art's Degree in Community Counseling from NAU in 2006. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work experience ranges from psychiatric inpatient work to outpatient behavioral health work with adults, children, and families. I am also a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, a Yogi, and have studied Reiki.
