Anna is a force of positive energy and light. Not for the faint of heart Anna was hired to build and coach the first Division 1 Water Polo team at Virginia Military Institute. You now can often find her developing teams in corporate America and coaching emerging leaders in a style uniquely her own. She is author of "Sword Fighting in the Sand: A Simple Path for Development" and has a true passion for serving others as they set sail on their own personal journey to shine!
