Meristem is a Fair Oaks nonprofit that prepares neurodiverse young adults for greater independence, purpose, and connection. Through experiential learning, vocational training, independent living education, and community-based programs, Meristem helps students build practical skills, confidence, and pathways toward meaningful adult lives. Our work is rooted in the belief that every person carries possibility and deserves the support, space, and opportunity to awaken it.
