I’m Italian, living in Genoa where I was born in 1945.
I’m from a long time a fan of photography, hobby that I have exercised with intensity in the years from 1963 to 1973 in special way during my membership to the "Gruppo Fotografico Genovese” .
From 1973, due to the professional engagements, my collector activity has been limited to the occasions offered from the summer vacation and some short travels.
From 2005, having the free time deriving from the retirement, I have resumed with enthusiasm and greater engagement to realize images being taken advantage of the passion for the photography that I think can really represent a shape of expressive art and not a simple technical process.
From 2003 I use digital equipments and the modern systems of electronic elaboration.
I love the colour. I have used the black and white when the colour was poor.
I do not try nostalgia for the black and white that today I consider a manipulation.
