Born in 1972, growing up amongst the beauty of rural and costal subtropical NSW, Australia was a privilege. I have nurtured a keen interest in food and its psychological and physical effects since I was a young teenager. This developed over the years, a desire to help people simplify / empower their relationship with healthy food. I am not a qualified (or profess to be) psychologist or nutritionist, but merely wish to share a lifetimes observation and research with others wanting to enjoy eating a tasty, healthy diet that will improve their health on many levels.
A graduate of Nursing from Sydney University with a vast range of work experiences in the food and health industries.
