Lynn Rogers is retired and lives in Tallahassee, FL. He was formerly Curator of Exhibits at the Museum of Florida History. After graduating from Suwannee High School in Live Oak, FL, and then Florida State University, he was an art director and graphic designer for Florida State University. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He occupies his time now with many interests, including museum consultation, wood and metal working, computer-aided design, 3D illustration, 3D printing, photography, and family history.
