April Gutierrez, aka: April Stults and Melissa Green, was born in Tampa, Florida, in a Cuban American family, and grew up in West Tampa, Florida. She began her professional career in 2008 when her first novel, Malicious Truth, was published with then, JimSam Inc. Since then, 13 more of her books have been published in several different genres, with more in the works for publication. She currently resides in Central, Florida with her family.
