Legacy of Winning, is not meant to be a history book. That would require assess to a lot of official stats, records, and an in-deft research of a lot of official documents, that would have taken years to accomplice. So, please just consider this book to be a walk-through time, a remembrance, meant to bring to light from the shadows, an abbreviated account of the glorious legacy of those incredible coaches and players, who coached and played high school football, behind a veil of segregation and Jim Crow laws, at the now defuncted historically all- black Lawton Douglass High School, in the State of Oklahoma.
