#FREEDOM

Like all human beings, I am pretty lost on this lonely planet in the middle of the vast universe. There's no absolute certainty of our purpose, where we are going, and what will eventually happen to us.
Since I was born, I have played with toys for boys, screaming for milk, mummy, and money, happily dreaming, smiling, laughing, and worrying about life's trivialities. I did not pay much attention to the emotional realm and preferred avoiding it by making a nuisance of myself; this was the key to being the centre of attention and feeling that I mattered.
We often forget that we have all been children and that the mechanisms that we grew up with are still hiding there, deep down. Now, we are children of the earth that behave like spoiled adults—disconnected bodies and souls. It's challenging to keep a bearing when most people around us feel lost.
The future is to make promises to ourselves. My commitment is to carry on making and creating even if it could feel infantile and infinitely insignificant. In doing so, I am making a future for myself and us.
