I grew up in an American Jewish family in Philadelphia, then married into a French Jewish family originally from Algeria. As a writer and poet, I am especially inspired by this double legacy and the stories that have come down to us. My other loves (aside from my family) are music, the Atlantic Ocean, gardens, and the sky. I look for ways to make peace in the world.
