This book covers mounted, embedded, and transfer methods for including photographic imagery and how to alter photographs with encaustic paints and other materials. A Mostly Complete Guide to Working With Encaustic and Photo not because I have left out some important pieces of information you will need to be successful, but rather because after 11 years of in person teaching, and 20 plus years working with the medium, everyone approaches their studio practice with different needs and creative goals. I tried my best to give complete and technically solid information in this book.
