A list of tips, rules, and general wisdom spawned from hundreds and hundreds of trips in the outdoors, some trips being an hour or so just outside of town, to serious adventures in remote wildernesses. Some are just tips that might make an outing more pleasurable; others are rules that I demand be followed absolutely, as to stray otherwise might result in physical harm, or worse.
