Craig Lynn Cooper worked as a newspaper reporter for 35 years. He is also a former senior communications specialist for an Iowa health system. He has written four fiction books, including Convergence of Events (2015); Pink Revolution (2018), a political thriller; Marcus and Magnificent Margo Farmers Market Dogs (2019); and Louis the Sleepy Loon (2024). He also wrote A Rare Breed of Duck (2000) about the success of Quad-City Mallards minor league hockey team. He has contributed to three other non-fiction books. Craig has started two more novels. Craig and Susan live in Iowa and have two sons and six grandchildren.
