The idea behind this book was to find an everyday object like a phone box and to shoot it differently, from what you recognise. The images turning out so abstract might need a bit of explaining, there are some references in the images like the BT logo. I found this subject very personal so others might struggle to understand what I was trying to communicate. But if you view all the images as a whole you might get a better understanding of my intention.
Monet series of paintings of the Houses of Parliament had a great influence on me. He showed how different light qualities can change the hues and colours.
