The book is a full-color presentation of paintings by Lillia Frantin and includes a selection of her work done over the last five years. The book includes still-life interiors, garden and seaside views as well as paintings inspired by her travels in France, Croatia, Italy and Mexico.

I was born in Brownsville, PA in 1940. I have an BFA from The University of New Mexico and an MFA from Pratt Institute. I taught for 19 years at Brookdale Community College in New Jersey. In 1989 I retired from teaching to concentrate my full time and energy on painting. My painting subject matter consists mostly of figures in the environment, still life and the landscapes of New Mexico, Cape Cod, New Jersey, and Maine. I reside on Cape Cod with my wife, the expressionist painter Lillia Frantin.
