Over het boek
Jeannette Pauson Haber (1880 - 1968) was a prolific and creative ceramicist, especially in the 1930s and early 1940s. She had a full studio compete with pottery wheel and kiln, and learned through continual experimentation how to make her own glazes. She made bowls vases, plates, platters, and figurines, many with unique designs and vivid colors. Jeannette also created beautiful mosaic patterns.
One of her more unusual commissions was to create the red ceramic tiles that Frank Lloyd Wright applied as a signature to the entrances of many of his buildings.
This book showcases 167 of her pieces in full color, giving a complete picture of the wide range of Jeannette's creative and technical abilities.
