Over het boek
This book takes the mystery out of power plays and the struggles of life.
In this book I demonstrate through my own experience and artwork how you, the reader, can…
* Learn the tools for personal power.
* Explore your own inner self.
* Journey through a life of creating.
* Find out how to understand abstract art.
* Stimulate your own creativity and happiness.
This book gives the reader a framework for creating personal power in this challenging time. Tanmayo combines antidotes from her life, her art and her art therapy career. Tanmayo is an artist whose creative life speaks through the rich colour vocabulary of her paintings. The book shows a 40 year retrospective of her paintings. In it she also discusses art attitudes and thinking, changing perspectives in the art world as well as explaining the difference between art and art therapy and gives the reader an understanding and appreciation of abstract art.
