In Memories of Berlin, the author shares her photographs and personal perspective on Berlin in commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. She lived in Berlin for three and one half years during one of the most significant events in the annals of modern history. She was an eyewitness to the events leading up to the lifting of the travel restrictions, the celebrations and the aftermath. The author served as a Military Intelligence Officer while in Berlin. She retired from the U.S. Army on July 31, 2003 and currently works for the Federal Government in Washington, DC.

Participated in a Nikon sponsored Mentor Series Trek to Charleston, South Carolina November 2007. Earned a Professional Photography Certification in September 2013. Primarily provide courtesy photography for special events but would like to become a professional photographer.
