Dave Bottoms is a prolific street photographer who lives and works in Toronto, Canada. His work has been published in magazines and he has sold numerous prints to clients in Toronto and beyond. "Generally speaking, I consider myself a street photographer, but I also specialize in portrait and reportage style photography," says Dave. He got his start in photography after being laid off in 2009 and deciding to use the free summer to learn the ins and outs of the craft. His background in home renovation design helped him develop a keen eye for composition. His influences include Fred Herzog, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Vivian Maier.
