The photographs in this book are a result of a study tour to India. This trip was a wonderful experience but I know there are nuances to the culture and religion that we were not able to understand. Because of this I think that our experience was limited. I hope to convey this by juxtaposing portions of my photographs together: the viewer is never able to see the complete picture and therefore the perception is not entirely correct, as it often is with travel in foreign places.
