Over de maker
Bryan Moore lives a rootless existence. During childhood his family moved several times across the United States, Europe, and Asia before briefly settling in Detroit where Bryan enrolled in a high school photography class. Using a borrowed camera to shoot the motor city's most dilapidated areas he rapidly became established as an emerging talent after his portfolio was awarded a National Scholastic's gold key. Bryan later enrolled at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and eventually transferred to Parsons School of Design. Since moving to New York Bryan's photographs have been shown in prestigious galleries and he has also created limited edition lithographs for artists such as Chuck Close, Alex Katz, and Leroy Neiman while pursuing his own fine art work. Bryan's work has most recently been shown in Paris at the Centre Pompidou in collaboration with the magazine Colors.
