Over het boek
As recently as the last century, the force of moving water was harnessed and used to drive industrial complexes up and down the Water of Leith. The material that once held these industries together and helped control the water's power now finds itself at the mercy of the erosive force of the water. Originally gathered to produce the piece 'Kiln I' the bricks now find themselves bound together in this book, each showing varying degrees of erosion but they can also be seen as an extension of the river's character and past.
