somewhere in Belgium lives a translater of Marcel Prousts work: à la recherche du temps perdu. The whole envirement, both house and garden reminded me of the time of Proust, so around 1920 when he was busy with this important work.

It was this envirement that inspired me to photograph this place and I tried to translate this in photgraphic work that reminded me of that time around 1920.
