This book has been a long process. I had been taking pictures of natural or man-made things wherever I saw a face; later I began to search for them. When I began to think about collecting these pictures into a book, I decided to try to match my photos with pictures of real human faces, or with works-of-art faces.

Vision is more subjective than we thought.
